The e-Skills Institute (e-SI) agenda aims to improve:

Social cohesion of South African citizens 
 

Addressing aims of Medium Term Strategic Framework (MTSF),

 

e-skilling the Nation

FOR

 

Improving equity across the country

Positioning South Africa for the inclusive Information Society and Creative Knowledge-based economies, and

Effective delivery systems in Government, Business, Higher Education and Civil Society.

 

 

Cape Access is a community development project which sees ICTs as tools to be used in building knowledge and creating opportunities.
